Jeanologia hires Carlos Arias as new CEO and Enrique Silla becomes president
VALENCIA. Relay in the Valencian multinational Jeanologia. The firm has appointed Carlos Arias as the company's new CEO with a clear mission: to contribute to the company's international expansion and consolidate its goal of dehydrating and detoxifying the jean industry. Graduated in law and with extensive experience in management and strategic consulting, the new CEO joins the Valencian firm after holding this position in other companies specialized in the textile sector such as Winds Group, Kaltex Apparel or Denimatrix. Likewise, his professional career has led him to be the CEO of the consulting firm WWA Advisors LLC, specialized in supply chain processes and technologies for the soft goods industries.
In an interview with Sportswear International magazine, Silla acknowledges that finding a qualified professional for the position was not easy. "It was difficult to find the right person as he had to share our same values, have the management skills that I may not have to reach the next level, and a complete and deep understanding of our client. We believe that Carlos Arias has all these characteristics. He has been involved in activities across the continents of the world in key positions for major players in the denim and synthetic fiber business such as Koramsa (Guatemala), Denimatrix (USA), Kaltex Apparel (Mexico) and Winds Enterprises (Hong Kong). )," he assures this international medium.
For his part, Carlos Arias indicates in a statement that he has been collaborating with Jeanologia for more than 15 years as a client. "I have always been inspired by the technological transformation of the companies in which I have worked, contributing to see things differently.
