NYC Summit encourages the public to wear pants because reflective surfaces
Some of the best scenes in Manhattan now come with a caveat.
On the reflective floors 1,200 feet high in the sky, the peak skyscraper observation site asks visitors to wear pants after showing everything under a skirt or women's dress.
