The Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index recognizes Indra's commitment to gender equality
Indra is one of the 418 companies in 45 countries and regions that will join the 2022 Bloomberg GEI, which recognizes its commitment to equality and diversity for the third consecutive year.
The Gender-Equality Index is an index modified to weight market capitalization, which aims to assess the performance of companies committed to transparency in the reporting of gender data. This reference index measures gender equality through five pillars: female leadership and talent portfolio, equal pay and pay parity between men and women, inclusive culture, policies against sexual harassment and institutional support for women (pro-women). brand).
To be part of the index, Indra had to obtain a score equal to or higher than the global threshold established by Bloomberg in the five areas it takes into account, a threshold that has been increased this year.
Indra is one of the 18 Spanish companies and one of the 44 companies in the technology sector from around the world that have passed it and are part of this worldwide reference index on diversity, which also values the efforts of companies in promoting equality and diversity.
Indra has improved its global assessment and, precisely, borders on excellence in the disclosure of its policies, good practices and diversity data, reaching up to 98.51%.
The company has also increased the assessment of the quality of its data, doubling its score in inclusive culture and achieving an increase of more than 6% in institutional support for women.
Forming part of the GEI for the third consecutive year is recognition of Indra's commitment to the progress of women and diversity, both in the work environment and in the countries in which it operates and in society in general. Diversity is one of the pillars of Indra's culture, which continues to work to strengthen its inclusive culture, so that all professionals feel they are an important part of the organization and avoid any type of discrimination.

Indra has an Equality Plan, Human Resources procedures that ensure meritocracy, a Code of Ethics and Legal Compliance that includes the principles of professionalism and respect, Protocols for sexual and gender-based harassment, and every year it reinforces its Diversity Program with new initiatives.
Among them, we can highlight group coaching sessions with women from the management team; the “Women who inspire” series, to publicize Indra's female workers who serve as role models; or a hack day aimed at university women, a training and mentoring day that aims to increase their technological vocations, showing them how technology can contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Likewise, within its own program for technological vocations, Discovering STEAM, Indra has launched Discovering STEAM for girls, an initiative to encourage learning and promote science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics among the daughters of professionals in the company.

Despite the scarcity of female technological vocations, Indra has managed in recent years to increase the percentage of women in the company in all categories and at a global level, as well as reduce the gender wage gap to levels well below the average for women. companies in your sector.
