Justin Bieber explained his formula to take care of his mental health
The negative streak he suffered between 2010 and 2020 was enough for him to realize that something had to change. Justin Bieber assured in an interview that he he learned to say "no" to many things to protect his mental health b> and that he understood how to "set limits" in his day to day.
“Going on tour can be very damaging. And I have the same mindset about other projects: I have to set limits and prioritize my need to spend more time with my wife. I cannot be working outside of certain hours. As you live, you learn things, and over time I've learned to say no," said the singer in a chat with Audacy, as part of an initiative called "I'm listening” designed for psychological and psychological care.
She added, “I heard this line the other day that said, ‘Don’t regret anything you said yes to, just do it. And when you're done, reevaluate your limits and don't do it again if you don't like it.' I try to live based on that philosophy.” It is that the artist had turbulent years that included health problems in the midst of marathon presentations, problems with the press, media breakdowns and also appearances in which he was not seen at his best.
