Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer (2021)
This series about one of California's most notorious and terrifying serial killers has been criticized for being overly graphic and for sensationalizing both the violence and the hunt for the killer dubbed the Night Stalker. It is definitely for strong stomachs. That said, fans of true-life crime stories will be on the edge of their seats as they learn all about a series of murders and sexual assaults that occurred in the summer of 1985 in Los Angeles County. The series is told through first-person interviews, archival video, and original photos.

Director Josh Greenbaum's inspiring film follows young athletes - five boys and three of whom are girls - six months before competition, outlining their athletic drive and personal interests in equal measure.
